2. Ordering and Payment

• Quotations: All quotes provided by Promo Tech are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on changes in material costs or other external factors.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or official purchase order. Once an order is confirmed, changes may incur additional charges.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms are outlined in the invoice provided at the time of order confirmation. Late payments may result in interest charges and delays in order fulfillment.

3. Customization and Production

• Artwork Approval: All customized products require client approval of artwork before production begins. Promo Tech is not responsible for errors in approved artwork.
• Production Timeline: Production timelines are provided as estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping or manufacturing issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. These costs will be included in the final invoice.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change. Promo Tech is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
• Risk of Loss: All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) origin, meaning the risk of loss passes to the client once the products are handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: Custom products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or do not match the approved specifications.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned products, provided the return is approved by Promo Tech.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content provided by Promo Tech are the intellectual property of Promo Tech and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Promo Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
